Shipping & returns
Fast out the door, easy to send back. No restocking fees, no fine print.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm EST on a business day are dispatched the same day from our studio. You'll receive tracking as soon as the label is scanned.
Shipping rates
Express shipping is complimentary on orders over $150. Below that, standard shipping is $8 (3–5 business days) and express is $18 (1–2 business days). International delivery is available to 40+ countries with duties calculated at checkout.
Returns
Unopened sets in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept sets that have been worn, washed, cut or styled.
Colour-match exchanges
If the shade isn't right, we'll exchange it free once per order. Send a daylight photo of the hair against your own and we'll ship the corrected shade before the original comes back.
Faults & warranty
Every set carries a 90-day quality guarantee against excessive shedding or matting under normal wear and correct aftercare. Contact us with your order number and we'll replace it.
